If you are restocking an item that is already listed on your inventory report, you do not need to create a new line. Simply enter the additional quantity you are bringing into the store in the “New Inventory” column and send your updated inventory to my by Wednesday evenings. Barcodes will be printed and ready on Friday morning. Vendors can drop of inventory anytime after Friday.

If you are bringing in an item that is not already listed on your inventory report, please add a new line to the spreadsheet and fill in as many of the columns as possible.
At a minimum, you must include:
Item Type
Item Variation (if applicable)
Price
Quantity

Monday: You receive your current inventory report.
By Wednesday: Email your updated spreadsheet back to me.
On Friday or later: Drop off your new/restocked inventory at the store. You are responsible for applying barcodes to your items, they will be printed and ready for you on Friday morning.

No, I can print the barcodes for you as long as you send your inventory sheet to me.
Vendors are responsible for applying the barcodes to their own products. I will have barcodes ready to print on Fridays for inventory drop off.
If you prefer to print your own barcodes, you are welcome to do so. The barcode must use the exact SKU number listed on your inventory sheet so that it will scan correctly in the store's system.

Sales will be tracked, and payments will be issued on the 5th of each month for the previous month’s sales. Payouts will be made via check, available for pick-up at the shop on the 5th of each month. If the 5th falls on a closed day or holiday, checks will be available on the next open business day.

A 15% commission will be deducted from all sales.
A $54 monthly rent is required for all vendors. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Vendors will be invoiced for rent due.
Please note a late fee of $10 will be added if payment is not received within 7 days of due date.

No, our system automatically creates the SKU numbers.
If you already use an existing SKU inventory system you can use your own SKU numbers.
New items will not have SKU numbers on the inventory sheet, however once they are added to the system the SKU will be generated and noted on future inventory sheets.
